Club Car Advances Sustainability with Electric Carryall Partnership at the University of Nebraska

AUGUSTA, Ga. (21 April 2025) — Club Car, a global leader in golf, consumer, and utility vehicles, marks Earth Day by showcasing its ongoing commitment to sustainability and electrification through innovative fleet solutions.
A recent article in Nebraska Today — “Landscape Services Powers Up with New All-Electric Ride” — highlighted Club Car’s collaboration with the University of Nebraska. Together, they have developed a bespoke, fully electric Club Car Carryall, designed to help the university meet its ambitious environmental and carbon-reduction targets. This milestone reflects the growing shift towards electric vehicle adoption across campus operations.
The electric Carryall is estimated to lower greenhouse gas emissions by up to 83% compared with petrol or diesel-powered alternatives. It also helps reduce noise pollution while enabling crews to work more efficiently with battery-operated tools. The integrated charging system keeps the vehicle and tools powered throughout the day, supporting a quieter and cleaner campus environment.
“We’re excited to partner on purpose-built products that make daily work tasks easier and support long-term sustainability,” said Jeff Tyminski, Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at Club Car. “We’re appreciate the opportunity to work with the University of Nebraska team to help advance their next phase of environmental leadership.”
Through partnerships like this, Club Car continues to make it easier for organisations to embrace zero-emission transport and contribute to a more sustainable world.
