Brussels, Belgium, March 13, 2019 – Adare Manor, located near Limerick, recognised as “Golf Resort of the Year” at the Ireland Golf Tour Operator Association (IGTOA) Awards 2018, has taken delivery of a new fleet of golf and utility vehicles, citing the Club Car brand as that most befitting the resort’s luxury status.
Club Car, an Official Supplier of the European Tour and a brand of Ingersoll Rand, supplied a new fleet featuring 25 Precedent golf cars to service the redesigned golf course at Adare Manor, which recently joined fellow Club Car customers Royal County Down and Royal Portrush among Ireland’s top five courses*.

The 25 golf cars feature Club Car’s market-leading connectivity solution, Visage. This ‘connected’ GPS system formed an important part of the decision for Adare Manor, due to its unique features that can support maintenance of the resort’s pristine new golf course, while also offering guests the greatest range of in-car services on the market.
Visage not only enables staff to remotely control the golf car fleet, create no-drive zones around delicate areas of the course, and monitor pace of play, but the in-car touchscreen also gives golfers precise shot and distance information, flyover video graphics of each hole, and a live leaderboard during competitions.
The fleet, delivered and maintained by local dealers Buggyman, also features a range of utility vehicles to assist with resort operations, including one Transporter 6, one Café Express, and two Housekeeping Utility vehicles.
