Term Rebate: January 1, 2025 – February 28, 2025

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the eligibility, redemption, and limitations of the in-store rebate (hereinafter referred to as "Rebate") on the purchase of model year 2024 and older new Club Car Onward vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "Qualifying Vehicles") at participating store locations (hereinafter referred to as "Retailers") between the period of January 1, 2025 – February 28, 2025, (the “Qualifying Period”). By participating in this Rebate, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Eligibility:

1. The Rebate is valid only for retail customers who purchase a Qualifying Vehicle from a participating Retailer during the Qualifying Period.
2. The Rebate is applicable to new purchases only and is not valid for used or previously owned vehicles.
3. The Rebate is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
4. The Rebate is valid for any new Onward qualifying vehicle from a participating Retailer during the Qualifying Period.

Rebate Redemption Process:

1. The Rebate can only be redeemed in-store at the Retailer from which the Qualifying Vehicle was purchased.
2. The Rebate must be redeemed within the specified promotional period, which will be communicated by the Retailer.
3. In order to receive the Rebate, the individual retail customer agrees to provide such information necessary for the Retailer to process the Rebate.

Limitations and Restrictions:

1. Consumer Offer Rebate amount is fixed and cannot be altered or redeemed for cash.
   • Up to $100 off MSRP on select Onward models.
2. The in-store instant rebate is set forth as the MSRP price listed on the ClubCar.com configurator.
3. The Rebate is applicable to the purchase price of the Qualifying Vehicle and cannot be applied to any additional fees, taxes, or other charges.
4. The Rebate is not applicable to any accessories, parts, or services purchased in conjunction with the Qualifying Vehicle.
5. The Rebate is only applicable at participating, authorized Club Car dealers. See store for participation details.
6. The Rebate is valid for individual retail customers only and is not applicable to fleet sales, corporate purchases, or any other non-retail transactions.
7. The Rebate is subject to availability and may be discontinued or modified by the Retailer at any time without prior notice.

Disclaimer of Liability:

The Retailer and Club Car, their affiliates, employees, and agents are not responsible for any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to the Rebate, including but not limited to any product defects or malfunctions of the Qualifying Vehicle. The Retailer and Club Car reserve the right to verify the eligibility of customers and reject any Rebate claims that do not meet the specified criteria or are suspected of fraudulent activity.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the participating Retailer is located.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Rebate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the same jurisdiction as the participating Retailer.

Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Club Car maintains the authority to conduct audits on any information pertaining to the rebate offered and the warranty data submitted.

These General Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the eligible customer and the participating Retailer regarding the Rebate. By participating in the Rebate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
