CLUB CAR CUSTOMER USE SURVEY SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Club Car Customer Use Survey Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Club Car, LLC, located at 4125 Washington Road, Evans, Georgia 30809, USA (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their state of residence, at the time of entry.
Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other organizations involved in administering the Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to enter.
The Sweepstakes is void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on July 14, 2026, and ends at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on July 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor’s systems will serve as the official timekeeping device. Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may complete the Club Car Customer Use Survey and provide a valid email address in the Sweepstakes entry field at the end of the survey.
Limit one entry per person and per email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Automated, duplicated, incomplete, fraudulent or mechanically reproduced entries are prohibited and may be disqualified.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. Prize
One winner will receive one Motor Dayz Club Car Remote Control Golf Cart with Bluetooth.
The approximate retail value of the prize is $50.
The prize is non-transferable. No cash redemption or prize substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Sponsor is responsible for the reasonable cost of delivering the prize to the confirmed winner at a valid address within the United States.
All federal, state and local taxes, and any other expenses not expressly identified in these Official Rules, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection, Notification and Odds
One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about July 31, 2026.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided at the time of entry and will be required to confirm their eligibility and provide a valid delivery address.
If the potential winner does not respond within seven business days of the notification being sent, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to provide the required information, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected through another random drawing.
This process may continue until an eligible winner has responded, provided the required information and been confirmed by Sponsor.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Requirements
The potential winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility and complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, tax documentation and, where legally permitted, a publicity release.
Failure to complete or return any required documentation within the timeframe specified by Sponsor may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.
The potential winner is not considered the official winner until their eligibility has been verified and Sponsor has notified them that they have been confirmed as the winner.
8. Privacy
Survey responses and personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be processed in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at Terms and Conditions | Club Car
Email addresses submitted for entry will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner and coordinate prize delivery.
Personal information may be disclosed to service providers that assist Sponsor with survey administration, Sweepstakes administration, winner verification or prize delivery, and when disclosure is required by law.
Personal information collected for the Sweepstakes will not be sold. Entry into the Sweepstakes does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications. Participants will receive marketing communications only if they separately provide the required consent.
Where practical, email addresses and other identifying information collected for the prize drawing will be stored separately from individual survey responses.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, submits false or misleading information, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive, fraudulent or unsportsmanlike manner.
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention or another cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.
If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor may select the winner from the eligible entries received before the termination.
Sponsor’s decisions concerning the interpretation and administration of these Official Rules are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents and service providers from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected or undeliverable entries or communications, or for technical, network, electronic, computer, internet, email or other errors that may affect entry, notification or administration of the Sweepstakes.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence for the purpose of announcing the winner and administering the Sweepstakes, without additional compensation.
Any broader advertising or promotional use of the winner’s name, image, voice or likeness will be subject to any additional consent required by applicable law.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action, in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, except where prohibited by applicable law.

To request the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state, send an email to marketing@clubcar.com with the subject line “Club Car Customer Use Survey Sweepstakes Winner” no later than 8/15/2026.
