A MASTERFUL CONNECTION:
"CLUB CAR FOR A CAUSE" TEES UP ANNUAL CONTEST TO BENEFIT THE FIRST TEE IN AUGUSTA

Augusta, Ga., Apr. 8, 2019 – Club Car®, the global leader in golf, utility and consumer vehicles, invites golf fans from around the world and those visiting Augusta for tournament week to snap, snap, snap away as part of their annual ”Club Car For A Cause Selfie contest.”

To celebrate one of the most prestigious golf events in the world, Club Car has placed more than 90 golf and consumer branded vehicles, produced at its nearby Evans, Georgia plant, at local Augusta area businesses. Residents and visitors are invited to take a seat and snap selfie photos with any of the vehicles, and then submit their photos to https://kicks99.com/contests/club-car-selfie-contest/ .

For participants’ efforts, Club Car will make a donation to the LPGA*USGA Girls golf program at the Augusta Chapter of The First Tee demonstrating its commitment to giving back to the community; diversity, inclusion and parity among women; and to growing the game of golf. The First Tee is an organization dedicated to providing youth with educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values and promote healthy choices through the sport.

In addition to helping to support The First Tee, those who take the time to participate in the Club Car For A Cause Selfie contest are eligible to win one of four prizes, including a golf getaway at Reynolds Lake Oconee, a Club Car Onward personal transportation vehicle, a $500 Visa gift card, and two tickets to Guitar Pull.

They’ve raised monies for the United Way, Augusta-based Miracle Mile Walk, Make-A-Wish, Camp Rainbow/Children’s Hospital of Georgia, Relay for Life, and many more.
